Delivery Information

When an order is placed for the first time, the delivery can only be made to the billing address where the card is registered. We do not deliver orders to multiple addresses nor do we deliver to P. O.Boxes. cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of your order. For goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service department. We may request you to provide evidence of the damage.

An order will be counted as lost, if it has not been delivered after 21 days. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Services department.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders with the exception of International Customers. if the item is more 2kg in weight we are unable to make an International delivery. 

Orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours subject to the clearance of funds.
